Toreshiru Inc.
Opening up possibilities in work and life, for a more fulfilling society
We identify the problems that arise in work and daily life, and turn them into the right response and continuous improvement. We build systems people can rely on, without having to constantly monitor and check.
About Toreshiru
What Toreshiru aims for is operational excellence.
Operational excellence is a state where day-to-day operations keep running at a high standard, without depending on the extra effort of a few people.Toreshiru creates that state in every setting of work and daily life.
- 01What is happening now
In frontline work, results are hard to see.So people have to watch, check, and redo.In a society with fewer and fewer people, this way of working cannot last.
- 02What Toreshiru does
We capture problems and choose only the response that fits the cause. We confirm the problem is really solved. And we make the same problem less likely to happen again.
- 03What comes next
You can leave things to the system with peace of mind, without watching all the time. And you can spend the time it frees up on what truly matters.
The problem we want to solve
The problems that arise in work and daily life are not connected all the way from discovery to judgment, action, and improvement.
- Was the cleaning done properly?
- Is anything wrong at the store?
- Was the customer’s problem actually solved?
- Is a family member who lives far away getting by safely?
Even when the information exists, it is scattered. What is the problem? How should we respond? What happened as a result? These are not well connected. So people end up checking, judging, and responding, over and over again.
In a society with a shrinking population, where it is harder and harder to find people, this structure cannot be sustained.
What we want to change is not just individual tasks. It is the structure itself: one that depends on people constantly managing and checking, and keeps creating the same burden again and again.
An example
Say a guest leaves a review about the cleaning of a lodging facility.
Review“The room was dirty.”
The usual response is to check the cleaning more strictly. But there may be more than one cause.
- CauseNot enough time for cleaningActionReview the time and amount of work
- CauseThe equipment is getting oldActionRepair or replace it
- CauseSome cleaning gets missedActionCheck shifts and whether the work was completed
- Verify
We do not just check that action was taken. We check whether later reviews and the room itself really got better.
- Learn
We record which action worked for which cause. At the next property, we can act before the same problem happens.
Checking photos with AI is just one tool.If the cause is something else, no amount of better checking will solve the problem.
This is an example to make things easier to understand.
How we solve problems
We see everything from finding a problem to solving it and preventing it from happening again as one continuous cycle.
- CaptureUnderstand the state and its changes
We collect the information we need from images, audio, work records, usage data, and people’s voices. From there, we identify problems and early signs of them.
- ThinkFind the core of the problem and its cause
We connect the information and form a hypothesis about the cause. We then turn it into the right decision.
- ActCarry out the most suitable response
Notifications, checks, work instructions, changes to work rules, responses by people, processing by AI or robots. We choose the one that fits the problem.
- VerifyConfirm the problem is really solved
Finishing a task is not the same as solving the problem. We check the actual result to make sure it had the effect we expected.
- LearnReduce the next problem
We record the conditions under which the problem occurred, the decision, the response, and the result. We reuse what worked. We rethink what did not.
We repeat this cycle again and again. That is how we keep improving the very systems that support work and daily life.A state where this cycle keeps running: that is what we mean by operational excellence.
The means we use
We combine these four, depending on the problem. We do not sell any one of them. We choose what fits the problem.
- AIRead and detect
We read images, audio, and text that people used to check one by one, and find problems and their early signs.
- IoTMake use of frontline data
We connect data from the devices, sensors, and systems already used on the frontline, so you can notice its state and changes without going to look.
- Software engineeringBuild the system
We design and build the systems and tools that fit how your work flows.
- Cross-industry knowledgeBring in what worked
We bring improvement methods born in store operations, customer support, logistics, property management, and more, across industries.
Our idea
- VISIONWhy we exist
- We will create a fulfilling society where everyone can devote 100% of themselves to what they believe truly matters.
- MISSIONWhat we change
- In work and in life, the right response happens when it is needed, without people having to watch and check all the time.We build operations that make this possible.
- PRINCIPLEHow we decide
- Prevent problems before they happen
- Solve problems with minimal intervention
- And never let them happen again.
- VALUEHow we prove our value
- We reduce problems and their recurrence, and keep the burden of management low.In doing so, we give people more time and possibility to use as they wish.
The value we create
What we offer is not just more efficient work or automated tasks.
It is a state where people are free from unnecessary burdens, and can focus with peace of mind on what truly matters.
- Reduce the burden and cost of solving problems
We reduce the time and effort spent on checking, judging, rework, redoing tasks, and handling trouble.
- Reduce repeat problems
We do not stop at one-off fixes. We turn causes and results into the next improvement.
- Grow without management growing at the same rate
Even as sites, operations, users, and the people you support increase, you can keep running without increasing management staff and costs at the same rate.We make that possible.
- Give people more time for what truly matters
The time freed up can go into growth, creativity, new challenges, time with family, or helping others. We want each person to be able to spend it on what they want.
Our principles
- Think about the problem that really needs solving
We do not get stuck on quick fixes. We look for the core of the problem and the most effective solution.
- Do what is needed, only as much as needed
We do not monitor everything. We do not check everything. We do not automate everything. We weigh how likely a problem is and how much it matters, and choose only the responses that are needed. But we never skip what is needed to protect safety and trust.
- Expand what people can do
We do not make people fit the system. We build systems to expand what people can do.
- Prove our value through results
We do not measure success by how advanced our technology is, or how many features it has. If we do not get the result we expected, we change our approach.
- Build a business that lasts
Not short-term wins, but a business that will be needed for a long time.
Technology exists to expand what people can do, and to enrich work and life.
AI and robots are not goals in themselves. We choose the most appropriate solution, not the most advanced technology.
We keep asking ourselves:
Is this improvement actually reducing someone’s burden? Is the time and energy it frees up helping that person focus on what truly matters to them?
A message from our CEO
Finishing the task does not mean the problem is solved.
Throughout my career, I have worked on improving operations across many kinds of businesses: store operations, customer support, logistics, sharing services, and property management.
Again and again, I saw the same picture. Every time a problem came up, someone noticed it, checked, decided, and redid the work. That was how the day’s work barely held together.
The task in front of you gets done. But unless the system that creates the problem changes, the same thing happens again.
And what is lost in that repetition is not just time or cost.
It is time that could have gone into more valuable work. It is the chance to think of new ideas, to learn, and to take on new challenges.
I believe there is great potential there.
Toreshiru was founded to change that structure itself.
We do not simply make today’s problems more efficient. We start by thinking together about what problem really needs solving. We draw on the knowledge and experience of the frontline, build the technology that is needed, and never let improvement be a one-time effort. We care about building the way for your organization to keep learning and keep getting better on its own.
But improving operations is not our goal in itself.
What we want to create beyond it is a society where each person chooses their own life, by their own will, and can take on new challenges again and again.
In work, in daily life, and in life as a whole.
We want to change, step by step, the systems that depend on someone’s extra effort or sacrifice, so that each person can make more of their knowledge, abilities, and potential.
And we want one person’s challenge to help someone else, and to spark the next person’s challenge. That is the kind of society we aim for, where this richness keeps spreading.
To get there, we will keep facing each problem in front of us, one by one, with sincerity.
Your challenges do not need to be organized from the start. The small things that feel off in your daily work. The effort you keep repeating.First, tell us what you are feeling.
Why not change that “normal” together with us?

Problems that keep coming back. The burden of constant monitoring and checking.Whether the work happens on site or on a screen, whatever your operation, talk to us first.
Things we can work on together
- Keep the quality of cleaning and inspections high across many sites, without visiting them all
- Notice problems and changes in your stores sooner
- Know whether your responses to inquiries actually solve the problem
- Keep things running as sites grow, without adding managers at the same rate
Before we meet
No preparation needed.Just think of one checking task that takes the most effort right now.
From there, we will work out together where problems happen, and what you would need to know to reduce them.
How we work with you
We do not start by putting in a big system. We try small, confirm the effect, and then expand.
- Listen
Tell us what takes the most effort right now, just as it is. No preparation needed.
- See the frontline
We look at the workflow and data together, and sort out where problems happen and why.
- Try small
We test improvements in a narrow scope, such as one task or one site. If needed, we build the system or technology too.
- Verify the effect
We check with numbers whether problems and effort really went down.
- Expand and keep going
We expand what worked, and shape it so your organization can keep improving on its own.
No sales pitch.
